    1. Promoter<\/b>
      <\/b> This promotion is operated by Welcome to Travel in affiliation with Millett Group (\u201cPromoter\u201d).<\/span><\/li>
    2. Eligibility<\/b>
      <\/b> Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry who are eligible to legally obtain and hold a valid Australian Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417 or 462, as applicable) for the full duration of the prize period.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      Entrants must satisfy all Australian Government visa requirements. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for visa refusal, delays, or ineligibility.<\/span><\/p>

      Employees of the Promoter, associated companies, and their immediate family members may be excluded from entry.<\/span><\/p>

      1. Entry Requirements<\/b>
        <\/b> To enter, participants must:<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
        • Submit their details via the official entry form<\/span><\/li>
        • Upload a current CV<\/span><\/li>
        • Submit up to a 60-second video explaining what a Working Holiday Visa would mean to them<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          Incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the Promoter\u2019s discretion.<\/span><\/p>

          1. Entry Period<\/b>
            <\/b> Entries open on 16 February 2026 and close on 1 March 2026 at 23:59 (GMT). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.<\/span><\/li>
          2. Winner Selection<\/b>
            <\/b> Chance plays no part in determining the winner.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

            The winner will be selected during the week commencing 2nd March 2026 by a judging panel appointed by Welcome to Travel.<\/span><\/p>

            Entries will be judged based on:<\/span><\/p>

            • Creativity and originality<\/span><\/li>
            • Authenticity and personal storytelling<\/span><\/li>
            • Demonstrated motivation and suitability for a Working Holiday experience<\/span><\/li>
            • Alignment with the spirit and values of Welcome to Travel<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              The entry deemed most compelling according to the above criteria will be selected as the winner.<\/span><\/p>

              The Promoter\u2019s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.<\/span><\/p>

              The winner will be contacted directly by Welcome to Travel via official email and\/or phone call only. The Promoter will never request payment or financial details in order to claim the prize.<\/span><\/p>

              If the winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner based on the same judging criteria.<\/span><\/p>

              1. The Prize<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                The prize consists of:<\/span><\/p>

                • One way economy flight to Melbourne, Australia from anywhere in the world (maximum value $2000 AUD)<\/span><\/li>
                • Australian Working Holiday Visa application fee (up to $670 AUD)<\/span><\/li>
                • 52-day guided East Coast tour: <\/span>The Hemsworth Package<\/b> (Melbourne to Cairns)<\/span><\/li>
                • One domestic flight from Cairns to Sydney provided by Welcome to Travel<\/span><\/li>
                • Accommodation and ticketed access to Luna Park\u2019s Sydney New Year\u2019s Eve (as specified)<\/span><\/li>
                • Paid job placement for approximately 90 days with one of the specified partners<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                  Travel & Participation Dates<\/b><\/p>

                  The winner must be available and agree to participate in the prize across the following fixed dates:<\/span><\/p>

                  • The winner must arrive in Melbourne prior to the commencement of The Hemsworth Package, which begins on <\/span>18 October 2026<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
                  • The Hemsworth Package will run from <\/span>18 October 2026 to 8 December 2026<\/b>, with additional accommodation provided in Cairns until <\/span>13 December 2026<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
                  • Accommodation in Sydney will be provided from <\/span>13 December 2026 to 4 January 2027<\/b>, including attendance at Luna Park\u2019s Sydney New Year\u2019s Eve event.<\/span><\/li>
                  • The paid job placement will run from <\/span>11 January 2027 to 10 April 2027<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                    The winner must be fully available for the above dates. The prize is date-specific and cannot be deferred, transferred, or rescheduled.<\/span><\/p>

                    Failure to commit to or complete any phase of the prize during the specified dates may result in forfeiture of the remaining components of the prize.<\/span><\/p>

                    Total estimated prize value exceeds $10,000 AUD.<\/span><\/p>

                    If flight costs exceed the stated caps, the winner will be responsible for the difference. No cash alternative will be offered.<\/span><\/p>

                    Prize components are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative arrangements.<\/span><\/p>

                    The winner must redeem and complete the full prize package as outlined. Partial redemption is not permitted.<\/span><\/p>
